Anti-Harassment Policy
Purpose
Unblocked Events Limited is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, respectful, and welcoming environment for all participants, regardless of age, disability, ethnicity, gender identity or expression, marital status, nationality, physical appearance, race, religion or belief, sexual orientation, or professional background.
This Anti-Harassment Policy applies to all attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, contractors, staff, volunteers, media representatives, and any other participants at our events.
Participation in any of our events constitutes agreement to abide by this policy.
Expected Behaviour
All participants are expected to:
- Treat others with dignity, courtesy, and respect.
- Engage in professional and constructive dialogue.
- Respect personal boundaries and requests to cease unwanted behaviour.
- Contribute to an environment that is inclusive and free from discrimination, intimidation, and harassment.
- Comply with applicable laws and venue regulations.
Prohibited Conduct
Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
- Intimidation, threats, stalking, or deliberate intimidation.
- Verbal abuse, offensive comments, slurs, or discriminatory language.
- Unwelcome sexual attention, advances, or requests.
- Inappropriate physical contact or invasion of personal space.
- Display or distribution of offensive, sexually explicit, or discriminatory materials.
- Harassing photography, recording, or online activity.
- Deliberate disruption of presentations, meetings, networking sessions, or event activities.
- Bullying, trolling, or abusive behaviour through digital channels associated with the event.
- Retaliation against any individual who reports a concern or participates in an investigation.
Harassment can occur in person, online, during formal sessions, networking activities, social events, or through event-related communications.
Reporting Concerns
If you experience or witness behaviour that may violate this policy, please report it promptly to an event organiser, member of staff, or designated event representative.
Reports will be handled as confidentially as reasonably possible and will be reviewed promptly and fairly.
When making a report, please provide any relevant details, including:
- Description of the incident.
- Names of individuals involved (if known).
- Date, time, and location.
- Any supporting evidence or witness information.
Safeguarding and Reporting Contact
If you experience, witness, or become aware of behaviour that may violate this Anti-Harassment Policy, please report it as soon as possible.

Helen Disney, CEO of Unblocked Events Limited, is the designated point of contact for safeguarding, welfare, and harassment-related concerns during the event. Reports will be treated seriously, handled sensitively, and reviewed as confidentially as reasonably possible.
Participants may approach Helen Disney or members of the production team directly at any time during the event to report concerns, seek support, or discuss an incident.
In the event of an immediate threat to personal safety or a medical emergency, attendees should contact venue security, event staff, or the emergency services without delay.
Response and Enforcement
Event organisers reserve the right to take any action deemed necessary to maintain a safe environment, including:
- Issuing a verbal or written warning.
- Requiring the offending individual to cease the behaviour immediately.
- Removing an individual from specific sessions or activities.
- Revoking event access without refund.
- Removing exhibitors, sponsors, or partners from the event.
- Contacting venue security or law enforcement where appropriate.
Failure to comply with decisions made under this policy may result in immediate removal from the event.
Good Faith Reporting
Participants are encouraged to report concerns in good faith. Deliberately false or malicious allegations may also be subject to review and appropriate action.
Policy Scope
This policy applies throughout the duration of the event, including:
- Conference sessions and workshops.
- Networking functions and receptions.
- Sponsored activities.
- Digital platforms, mobile applications, and event communication channels.
- Any official event-related social activities.
